Kathleen O’Hara is a mother, a therapist, an author and a friend. She knows grief from all angles. She has counseled many through their grief. She has also experienced a grief like no other when her son, Aaron, was murdered in 1999. As she learned to rebuild her life after this unimaginable tragedy, Kathleen has developed a seven-stage journey for surviving the violent death of a loved one. She is committed to helping others as they journey through their grief and learn to live again – a journey she is all too familiar with.
