The New School for Social Research is Seeking Grieving Individuals for Paid Research Study.

The study does not involve any treatment or pharmaceutical trials.  It involves research on memory to create new complicated grief treatments in the future.
 
Complicated Grief (CG) is a clinically significant grief reaction that occurs following the death of a loved one.

We are seeking bereaved individuals for a paid research study who find that they are unable to accept the death and feel "stuck" in the grieving process. Other symptoms include depression, anxiety, preoccupation with the deceased, disbelief, longing, anger, guilt, withdrawal.
